Online Appointment Portal Update – Fully Booked Until March 28th, 2025

 The Fiji Immigration Department wishes to inform the public that all available slots on the online lodgement and appointment portal are fully booked until March 28th, 2025. As a result, new bookings cannot be made through the online system.

Individuals who require an appointment before this date due to urgent circumstances must submit a formal request via letter to the Director of Immigration. The letter should clearly outline the urgency of the request. Approvals will be granted for Medical, Study, and Work purposes only, and applicants must drop off their request accompanied with documentary evidence at the Immigration Office.

Please note that appointment slots beyond March 28th, 2025, are currently disabled and unavailable for booking. The normal passport application process is expected to resume in June 2025.
