UPDATE ON THE ONLINE PERMIT PROCESSING SYSTEM

The Fiji Immigration Department wishes to advise the public that the commencement of the on-line permit processing system has been rescheduled to Tuesday 9 September 2024, to allow more robust testing of processing functionality for user convenience.

Launch of Online Permit Processing

The Department of Immigration is pleased to announce the launch of its new Online Permit Processing System which will be operational from 2nd September 2024.

Attention! For all passport applications lodged from the 10th of May 2024 until the 26th of July 2024, please be informed of the following collection schedule.

 

PUBLIC NOTICE

ADJUSTMENT TO PASSPORT SERVICES   

In line with the announcement of the temporary closure of non-essential government services on Friday, December 27, Monday, December 30, and Tuesday, December 31, 2024, the Fiji Immigration Department will only accept passport applications on medical grounds during these dates.

Passport collection services will continue as normal.

Appointments scheduled on the mentioned closure dates will be rescheduled as follows:
